1. Can I have any colour?
Some of the materials we use can only be bought in specific colours but we will try our best to match your specific requirements. If you have any samples of colours then you can arrange to send them to us so we can try and match them accordingly.

2. Can I have a special font type?
If you can supply it, or if you can be specific about the name of it, then yes.

3. Can I have something designed for children?
Yes - we are open to suggestions and will work with you to try and ensure you get what you want.

4. Can I have something designed for men?
Yes - we are open to suggestions and will work with you to try and ensure you get what you want.

5. How much notice is required to complete the order?
It depends on your specific needs - for example if you have very specific match on colour then things will take a bit longer. Generally speaking we can accommodate most things within a three to four
week timescale - order placement to delivery.

6. Is there any minimum quantity?
ONE!

7. Do you deliver?
Yes - but within a 10 miles radius of Devizes and Chippenham. All other deliveries will be via the normal postal service.

8. Can I mix different types and quantities of favours?
Yes - it's your order so we are flexible.

9. What contents - i.e. sweets - can I have?
If it's not on the site, then give us a call and we can try and sort something out.

10. How much will post and packing cost?
Depends on size and weight of your order but all you will pay is the actual cost of postage and packing!

11. Can you make me a sample?
Yes - we charge a nominal fee of £1 plus postage and packing.
